Four Palms at Paynes Prairie | |||
Summer is a wonderful time for me as a painter. Despite the intense heat and humidity, the skies provide an interesting background to whatever I am painting. I found this group of palms fascinating. It was the middle of the day and with the sun so high above, interesting color changes were taking place on the leaves, trunks and in the shadows. | |||
